Overcoming Vaginal Dryness, Improving Pelvic Floor,
and Getting Back to Enjoyable, Pain-Free Sex

Featuring Maryon Stewart (moderator), Dr. Sarah de la Torre (OB/GYN),
Dr. Tessa Krantz (Urogynecologist) & Dr. Mona Fahoum (Holistic Physician)

ABOUT THIS PANEL

Studies show that up to 75% of women feel a decline in their sex drive since they began the menopause transition. It's not surprising considering that a Relationship Survey revealed that 70% of women report suffering from vaginal dryness. Spontaneity and enjoyment understandably go out of the window when penetration becomes painful. It's one of the best-kept secrets that women don't even speak to their best friends about.

If feeling turned on or like your old sexy self seems like a long and distant memory, you will be interested in our panel discussion today. We are focusing on getting switched on again and getting comfortable sex back on the menu. Maryon Stewart, often referred to as the Pioneer of the Natural Menopause Movement and Founder of Femmar Health, is joined by Dr. Mona Fahoum, an experienced Naturopathic physician, Dr. Sarah de la Torre, an OB/GYN, and Dr. Tessa Krantz, an experienced Urogynecologist.
